With more than 20 years of leadership experience in performance consulting and a great interest in mind-set management for professionals, Frederick went into executive coaching and serviced a range of clients in the Asia Pacific Region.
With that, he has mentored and coached divisional heads and team leaders from the health-care; food processing; high end technology and professional services sectors. Professionals who partnered with Frederick in their coaching journey include R&D Directors, Financial Controllers, Marketing Directors and Chief Operating Officers.
Frederick was also the Academic Leader for the Doctorate Degree program offered by the University of Southern Queensland via Thames Open Learning from 1998 to 2000. His former PhD students who have graduated under his supervision include Associate Professors from NTU, General Managers from HP, Lucent Technologies and other MNCs.
Being an Executive Coach, Frederick was a seasoned user of a wide variety of tools developed from the West. With a strong inclination in applied research, Frederick set out on a quest to enhance his coaching expertise. Hence, Success Quotient Intelligence (SQI) was born.
With that, SQI has provided and transformed the workforce and recruitment methods of over 20 MNCs and governmental organisations.
