This set of questions are not job specific and will not be automated.
Training is provided on the use of this set of competency-based questions.

SQI Organization Development Resources

We design, develop and provide administration support for clients to operate a customized SQI 360 Degree Feedback System

  • Design, develop & present 1 set of the 360-Assessment Questionnaire ( in English text ONLY ) and include one pilot test (if necessary) with one post-test adjustment.
  • Design, develop & present the two types of feedback reports (one for the individual recipient & one for senior management on the Overall Summary of the group of recipients) in English text ONLY.
  • Automate the assessment and the generation of the two types of reports as mentioned in item no: b using information technology and include one pilot test (if necessary) with one post-test adjustment.
  • Conduct one 1-hour training for the feedback participants on how to complete the questionnaire & provide constructive feedback.
  • Administer the on-line 360-assessment questionnaire to the managerial participants and provide the two types of reports to client.
  • Provide one end-of-exercise briefing to the entire group of recipients.
  • Conduct a 1-to-1 consultation session to interested individual recipients after the end-of-exercise briefing to the entire group.
  • Coach managers to use the report and interpret to recipients.

SQI Centric Interviewing Skills Program

Equip client’s interviewers with the use of the information in the SQI Assessment Report for conducting the selection work.

Interpretation exercises during the training for the participants to gain a concrete understanding.

Participants will conduct Competency-Based Interview role-play using the relevant competency questions.

Each participant will complete an online questionnaire at least 7 working days before the workshop.

Each participant will be given their Leadership-Work Style Report before the workshop. Doing so will give each participant a concrete understanding of the SQI experience as well as the impact of their own personality on hiring assessment of candidates.

Training duration: Seven (7) hours
